According to ESPN’s Chris Low, Tennessee’s Tyson Helton is the leading candidate for a head coaching job.
Helton appears to be the top pick for the Hilltoppers of Western Kentucky.
If Helton was to land the WKU job, it would be his first head coaching job. However, WKU has had their share of quality coaches in the past, including Willie Taggart(FSU), Bobby Petrino, and Jeff Brohm (Purdue).
